Currently, our shipping services are available within Australia, spanning from coast to coast.
Delivery Within Australia
Your Joule Supps orders are sent with the "authority to leave" option, unless you request otherwise. We aim to keep things simple and convenient for you.
- Express Shipping: 1 to 4 business days for $9.95.
- Free Standard Shipping: 2 to 8 business days
Processing Time
We're all about speed and efficiency. Your orders are dispatched on the same day they're placed or the following business day. If you happen to place an order on a Friday, over the weekend, or on a public holiday, no worries – we'll have it on its way the very next business day.
Delivery Challenges
While we do our utmost to ensure your order arrives promptly, there are certain factors, like unpredictable weather, unforeseen events, theft (It happens!), that might occasionally affect delivery times or delivery in general. In such cases, please don't hesitate to reach out to Sendle or Aramex, our trusted courier partner, as they'll be best positioned to assist you. We're also here to support you in any way we can to make sure your Joule Supps fix reaches you ASAP.
Shipping Status:
Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
In case you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.
Order Changes:
Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.
Item Not Received:
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at info@joulesupps.com.au.
